Getting started

Before you call

What exactly do you do?

We are an outsourced technology team for contracting businesses. That covers configuring and supporting the software you already pay for, building automations and AI agents, connecting systems that don't talk to each other, building websites and forms, and setting up tracking and dashboards.

In practice most clients arrive with one broken thing and stay because we end up covering everything technical.

How do I know if I need you?

A few reliable signs: leads arrive and nobody follows up, the same job gets typed into three systems, you pay monthly for software your team stopped using, or you can't say which marketing produced last month's work.

If any of those sound familiar, the free consultation will tell you whether it's worth fixing.

What happens on the free consultation?

Thirty minutes. You walk us through the software you run and how a job moves from lead to final invoice, we ask what's frustrating you most, and we identify the highest impact fixes and what they'd cost. You get a short written summary within two business days.

No slide deck and no pressure. If we're not the right fit we'll say so.

How quickly can you start?

Support work usually starts within a few days of agreeing scope. Larger builds are scheduled after the consultation and most run two to four weeks.

Do you work with small contracting businesses?

Yes. A two-truck operation often needs this more than a large one, because there is nobody in the office to absorb the admin when something breaks.

Working with us

How the work runs

Do I have to switch software?

Almost never. Most of what we do is finishing the setup on tools you already pay for and connecting them to each other.

We hold no referral deals with any platform, so when we tell you your current stack is enough, that costs us nothing to say.

Which platforms do you work with?

The ones we see most often are DripJobs, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Buildertrend, GoHighLevel, Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive, CompanyCam, QuickBooks, Calendly, Zapier and Make.

Anything with an open API or webhooks can usually be connected. These are trademarks of their respective owners; we support them independently and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Will my team actually use what you build?

That's the part most providers skip. We design around how your team already works rather than forcing a new process on them, and training is included in every build — office staff and field crews separately, because they need different things.

A system nobody uses is worse than no system.

What if something breaks after it goes live?

Automations do not fail loudly. An API changes, a form field gets edited, a platform pushes an update, and a sequence quietly stops firing.

That is what the monitoring on a support plan is for — the break gets caught by us rather than by a month of missing leads.

Who owns what you build?

On full payment, the configurations, workflows, automations and custom work produced for you are yours. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, templates and frameworks.

Full detail is in the terms.

Do you need access to my systems?

Yes, for the platforms the work touches. We treat that access as confidential, use it only for the agreed work, and remove or hand back credentials when the engagement ends or whenever you ask.

Pricing

Money questions

What does it cost?

Support plans start at $299 a month. Project work — builds, integrations, AI agents, dashboards, websites — is quoted individually after the free consultation as one fixed price agreed before anything starts.

You will have real numbers by the end of that call, with nothing to sign.

Why is project work quoted rather than listed?

A single automation and a full CRM rebuild are not the same job. Publishing one number for both means somebody is being overcharged. We look first, then quote.

What counts as an hour of tech work?

Anything hands-on: configuration, fixes, a new automation, a change to a workflow, training a new hire. Monitoring, alerts and your monthly report are included and don't come out of your hours.

Do plan hours roll over?

Plan hours reset each month. Prepaid hour blocks are different — those are yours to use across twelve months, which is the better option if your needs are occasional rather than steady.

What if I need more hours in a busy month?

Buy an extra block for that month, or move up a plan. No penalty either way.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Plans are month to month with no cancellation fee, and hour blocks are bought only when you want them.

How does billing work on a project?

Half on acceptance of the quote, half at go-live, unless the proposal says otherwise.

Technical

AI, integrations and data

Can AI actually handle my calls?

Most callers do not realise they are talking to software. Modern voice models handle interruptions, mid-sentence corrections, background noise and a wide range of accents.

There is a real recording and two real transcripts on the home page, including the one where the caller goes off-script. During your build you can ring the agent as often as you like and we tune it until it sounds right.

What happens if the AI can't answer something?

It hands over to a person — on request, or automatically on topics you nominate. The conversation is still logged with a full transcript, so whoever picks it up knows what has already been said and the caller doesn't start again.

Can you connect two systems that have no official integration?

Often, yes. Where the platforms expose APIs or webhooks we can build the bridge. Where they don't, we'll tell you straight rather than sell you a workaround that breaks in three months.

Who is responsible for SMS and calling compliance?

You are the sender, so consent from the people you contact is your responsibility. We'll advise on good practice and build the opt-out handling, but the legal obligation sits with you.

What happens to my data?

We only hold what is needed to do the work. We don't sell information, and it's shared only with the service providers needed to operate — CRM, email, hosting, analytics.

The privacy policy covers this in full.

Free, no obligation

You run the business. We'll handle the tech.

Tell us what isn't working. We'll look at your current setup, find the problem and explain what we would do about it. No complicated tech talk, no slide deck.
